Welcome to the command center for HLD's Sovereign Infrastructure and Fleet Intelligence.

This portal serves as the unified source of truth for: - The Fleet: Operational protocols and agent-run directives (e.g., CyBot Run). - Knowledgebase: Technical deep-dives, builds, and lessons learned.

Note: All documentation is maintained in the Fleet repo and deployed via MkDocs. To update these docs, modify the markdown files in docs/ and initiate a build.
