This is the central repository for High Limit Designs operational knowledge.

Source of truth

The canonical knowledgebase lives in the repository at knowledgebase/ and is mirrored to The Mind (The Mind) under the fleet_notes and agent_tasks collections. If it isn't in The Mind, it didn't happen.

Notes are append-only. Never overwrite history.
